If you are not completely satisfied with your U.S. Cellular device, simply exchange your device and take advantage of the one time U.S. Cellular 15 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your U.S. Cellular service, simply return your device and deactivated service within 15 days of purchase and activation. We will cancel your contract and waive your early termination fee. You will be responsible for minutes used and other charges including any activation fees and taxes incurred prior to cancellation.
Any defective equipment must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Damaged phones are not eligible for return under the 15 Day Refund & Exchange Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with a U.S. Cellular accessory, you may return it to the store it was purchased from within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund of the purchase price, equipment must be returned with original receipt and packaging in like-new condition, with all included items (battery, charger, manual, etc.) and no visible damage. A minimum restocking fee of fifty dollars ($50.00), applies to any device not returned in this condition. Accessories are not returnable without packaging. Head sets are not returnable. ALL phones purchased at retail price without a contract are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) restocking fee. Sales of used phones or clearance items are final. No exceptions. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to equipment received through insurance claims, warranty returns or defective products from the manufacturer.
Purchases made with cash or checks will be refunded in the form of a refund check. Purchases made by a credit/debit card will be refunded by a credit/debit card. Credit or debit cards must be present at time of refund. Check refunds will be sent to the original account holder within three (3) to five (5) weeks of return.
15 Day Prepaid Return Policy
We accept returns of Prepaid cellular phones and accessories 15 days from the original purchase. Prepaid activation fees and airtime charges are non-refundable. Prepay package returns are subject to an additional fifty dollar ($50.00) restocking fee. All security deposits will be refunded by U.S. Cellular and not Premier Locations, including those paid with cash.
Android Market Refund Policy
You have 15 minutes from the time of download to return an application purchased through Android Market for a full refund. You may only return a given application once; if you subsequently purchase the same app again, you may not return it a second time.
Reminder: Applications are purchased by customers through Android Market, after the 15 minute refund period if customers have any issues with an application they need to contact the Application Developer. The Application Developer contact information is available in Android Market by selecting the application and scrolling down to the contact information.
